Overview
Parth Pawar Foundation is committed to work on improving livelihoods of disadvantaged communities facing varied challenges due to lack of access & infrastructure. We aim to create lasting livelihood opportunities that will improve rural households’ revenue generation and lead to better lives. Our goal is to provide local community-based interventions that will give a boost to the income of rural communities through modern farming practices, water management and soil conservation activities with an emphasis on sustainable development.
Focus Areas
Skill Development
Provide comprehensive skill development programs to equip individuals with vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, & better employment opportunities.
MGNREGA Convergence
Leverage the program’s resources to create sustainable employment opportunities, develop rural infrastructure, and empower local communities.
Capacity Building of SHGs
Conduct focused training & mentoring programs to empower women with skills & knowledge skills needed to manage sustainable livelihoods.
Farmer Support Programs
Promote agricultural resilience through modernised techniques, market linkages, infrastructure support & support for allied activities like animal husbandry, fisheries etc.
Closing the global divide in livelihoods requires new strategies to address inequities in sectors allied to livelihoods. At Parth Pawar Foundation, we are leveraging systems and processes, data driven insights, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, optimal approaches, and a large coalition of partners across sectors to deliver interventions across sectors allied to livelihoods (agriculture, skill development, women empowerment etc) to the beneficiaries who truly are in need of them.
